Практические рекомендации по кислородотерапии и респираторной поддержке пациентов с COVID-19 на дореанимационном этапе

Аннотация
Острая дыхательная недостаточность (ОДН) является ведущей причиной смерти пациентов с тяжелыми формами COVID-19, госпитализированных в стационары. Традиционно считалось, что при тяжелой пневмонии, осложненной ОДН, выживаемость способно повысить раннее использование у пациентов интубации и искусственной вентиляции легких (ИВЛ). Однако по данным недавно опубликованных исследований, при COVID-19 отмечается очень высокая летальность среди пациентов, получающих ИВЛ. В случае раннего (на дореанимационном этапе) начала кислородотерапии и респираторной поддержки у пациентов с COVID-19 снижается необходимость перевода в отделение реанимации, интубации трахеи и ИВЛ, и, следовательно, улучшается прогноз. В данной статье представлены практические рекомендации по кислородотерапии и респираторной поддержке на дореанимационном этапе у пациентов с коронавирусной инфекцией, осложненной развитием ОДН.
