To spell names of the authors in English correctly, use the BGN option for transliteration (www.translit.ru). In the English version, the name and surname of the authors are indicated in full and the patronymic is shortened to the first letter. If the authors have different affiliations, correlate names of the institutions and full names of the authors by adding digital indices after their names (for example, M.A. Rassulova1, S.A. Gumenyuk2) and before the names of institutions. If an author has several affiliations, add the appropriate digital indexes after the surname (for example, IV Ivanov1, 3) and provide information about these institutions in the Affiliation section. |

* - The International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) bases authorship on the following 4 criteria:
- significant participation in the development of the concept and design, collection, analysis, and interpretation of the data;
- preparation of the article or its revision;
- approval of the final version of the article;
- responsibility for the integrity of all parts of the article.
The order of the authors in the list should be determined by a joint decision. All authors must agree to be listed as authors and approve the submitted and edited versions of the article. If authors ask to exclude or add an author after submitting or publishing the article, the editorial board may contact any author and clarify the reason for including or excluding the author. All authors must re-sign the revised list of authors, including written consent from the excluded or included author.
Data collection by itself or scientific guidance, patient care, comments, partial participation in the writing or editing of an article does not constitute authorship. Individuals who played such a role in the preparation of the article can be identified in the Acknowledgments section.
The number of authors in clinical practice guidelines and multicenter trials is not limited. The editorial board of the journal does not recommend listing more than 5 authors in the sections "Lectures", "Reviews", "Letters to the Editor" and more than 10 authors in all other sections.
** - An abstract of an article should include at least 700 characters, but not more than 300 words and should be structured. Mandatory subsections: Relevance, Aim of study, Conclusion. In the case of an original study, the abstract structure is more detailed and includes Relevance, Aim of the study, Materials and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
