Синдром кашлевой гиперчувствительности

Аннотация
Приводится описание новой теории патогенеза хронического кашля (ХК). В последние годы открыты специфические кашлевые рецепторы и доказана ключевая роль изменения их чувствительности в развитии ХК. На основе полученных данных сформулирована патогенетическая концепция ХК как самостоятельного заболевания. Показаны гендерные и возрастные различия в распространенности ХК и чувствительности кашлевых рецепторов.
