Профилактика и лечение глюкокортикоидиндуцированного остеопороза у больных тяжелой астмой: комбинация препаратов кальция, альфакальцидола, кальцитонина
Аннотация
Оценена эффективность применения основных антирезорбтивных препаратов для лечения глюкокортикоидиндуцированного остеопороза у больных тяжелой астмой. Сочетание альфакальцидола с препаратами кальция, но не монотерапия кальцием, было эффективно у больных с остеопенией. Комбинированная терапия (препараты кальция, альфакальцидол, кальцитонин, анаболические гормоны) не только предотвращала дальнейшую потерю костной ткани, но и способствовала увеличению костной минеральной плотности, облегчала боль и способствовала повышению физической активности у больных с тяжелым остеопорозом.
