Патофизиология дыхания при ожирении

Аннотация

Ожирение в современном мире — важнейшая медико-социальная проблема, при которой требуется междисциплинарный подход ряда медицинских специалистов. Многие заболевания дыхательной системы (ДС) обусловлены именно развитием ожирения.

Целью обзора явился анализ данных научных источников открытого доступа электронных библиотек PubMed и eLibrary за последние 15 лет о нарушениях функции внешнего дыхания (ФВД) у пациентов с ожирением.

Методы. Проведена сравнительная оценка и систематизация полученных результатов научных работ по приведенной теме. Выделены механические воздействия избыточной массы тела на дыхательную систему, приведены современные представления о клеточных и гуморальных влияниях жировой ткани на развитие патологии органов дыхания.

Заключение. Получены убедительные данные о наличии многофакторного негативного влияния избыточной массы тела на аппарат дыхания, однако при развитии нарушений ФВД требуется дальнейшее изучение некоторых аспектов роли ожирения. Понимание патогенетических механизмов влияния ожирения на ДС необходимо для выработки дальнейшей стратегии ведения таких пациентов.
