Отбор пациентов с хронической обструктивной болезнью легких для хирургической редукции объема легких

Abstract

В статье представлен обзор литературы по критериям отбора больных ХОБЛ для хирургической редукции объема легких (ХРОЛ), среди
которых основное место занимают лучевые методы диагностики - рентгенография и компьютерная томография легких; функциональные критерии, показатели газового состава крови, переносимость больными физических нагрузок. Анализируются факторы, определяющие прогноз операции. Авторы подчеркивают, что ХРОЛ в лечении тяжелой стадии ХОБЛ пока находится на начальном этапе внедрения в клиническую практику. Показания и противопоказания к данному методу продолжают уточняться. Для уточнения места ХРОЛ
в лечении больных ХОБЛ необходимы дополнительные рандомизированные исследования.
