Granulomatous-lymphocytic interstitial lung disease as a complication of General variable immunodeficiency

Abstract

General variable immunodeficiency (OVIN) is a rare immunodeficiency condition, the classic manifestation of which is a recurrent infection. In addition to infectious complications in OVIN, other lesions are often found, such as malignant neoplasms, autoimmune conditions that occur as a result of abnormal cellular immunity. Often the lungs are involved in the pathological process. This article presents a clinical case of a patient with the barn, complicated by granulomatous-lymphocytic interstitial lung disease (GLIBC).
