Аннотация
клинических проявлений и патофизиологии аллергического воспаления слизистой верхних и нижних дыхательных путей. При сопутствующем аллергическом рините контроль астмы не возможен без адекватной терапии патологии верхних дыхательных путей. Наибольшим клиническим и противовоспалительным эффектом при аллергическом рините обладают интраназальные кортикостероиды, которые также имеют выраженные протективные свойства в отношении сопутствующей БА.
