Приводится клиническое наблюдение рецидива саркоидоза внутригрудных лимфатических узлов и легких с образованием саркоидной гранулемы, имитирующей опухоль, с признаками нарушения проходимости среднедолевого и промежуточного бронхов правого легкого. Проведено эндоскопическое лазерное удаление саркоидной гранулемы бронха с использованием гольмиевого лазера УЛХК-01 (Ho-YAG). При сочетании эндоскопической лазерной деструкции и системной гормонотерапии в короткие сроки проведено успешное лечение, результатом которого явилось полное восстановление проходимости бронхов.

A case of recurrent sarcoidosis of intrathoracic lymth nodes and the lungs with development of tumor-like sarcoid granuloma narrowing the middle lobe bronchus and the right intermediate bronchus is reported in the article. The tumor-like sarcoid endobronchial mass was destructed using endoscopic Holmium YAG lazer.
