В обзоре представлены общие данные о механизмах действия MBL и частные случаи патогенетической роли его дефицита при широком круге респираторных заболеваний: бактериальной пневмонии, вирусных инфекциях респираторного тракта, туберкулезе, муковисцидозе, хронической обструктивной болезни легких и бронхиальной астме у взрослых и детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Mannosebinding lectin is a part of the innate immunity that, being the first barrier of the antiinfectious defense, acts in first minutes or hours after pathogen challenge.
