Цель. Изучение влияния ингаляционного β-агониста индакатерола на состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы у больных ХОБЛ, в т. ч. в зависимости от приверженности лечению. Материалы и методы. В проспективном нерандомизированном исследовании у пациентов (n = 25) с ХОБЛ среднетяжелой степени, принимавших индакатерол, в течение 3 мес. до и после терапии проведено эхокардиографическое обследование, определены артериальная жесткость, скорость пульсовой волны, вариабельность ритма сердца и комплаентность терапии. Результаты. Через 3 мес. отмечена тенденция к уменьшению размеров полостей сердца, снижению давления в легочной артерии, улучшению сократительной способности сердца и улучшению вегетативного статуса. При этом достоверных изменений функции внешнего дыхания не отмечено, а наиболее выраженные изменения наблюдались у 18 комплаентных пациентов. Заключение. Показано позитивное влияние индакатерола в дозе 150 мг в сутки на статус сердечно-сосудистой системы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this study was to investigate cardiovascular effects of the inhaled betaagonist indacaterol in COPD patients. Methods. In this prospective reallife nonrandomized study, 25 patients with moderate COPD were treated with indacaterol for 3 months. Lung function testing, echocardiography, measurements of arterial stiffness, pulse wave velocity, heart rate variability and compliance were done. Results. Tendencies to the heart size reduction, decrease in the pulmonary artery pressure, improvement in the heart contractility and autonomous functions were seen after 3 months of the therapy. The lung function parameters did not change reliably. These changes were more significant in compliant patients (18 of 25). Conclusions.
