Материалы и методы. Проанализированы данные лучевой диагностики больных (n = 28) с нетипичными проявлениями паразитарных заболеваний легкого, поступивших для дообследования с предположительными диагнозами пневмония, альвеолярный протеиноз, фиброзирующий альвеолит, абсцесс, туберкулезное поражение, рак или метастатическое поражение легкого. Результаты. Установлено, что ведущим признаком ряда паразитарных поражений легких по данным компьютерной (КТ), магнитно-резонансной томографии и ультразвукового исследования является выявление жидкостного содержимого, перегородчатых структур (эхинококк, альвеококк, цистицеркоз); отсутствие изменений бронхов в зоне поражения, отсутствие или незначительное накопление контрастного вещества в зоне патологии при болюсном усилении (парагонимоз, шистосоматоз, токсоплазмоз, пневмоцистоз). Заключение. Динамический КТ-мониторинг – один из ведущих методов в распознавании и дифференциальной диагностике при нетипичных проявлениях паразитарных поражений легких.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this study was to determine diagnostic radiological signs of atypical parasitic lung injury that could help differentiate it from tumors and inflammatory diseases. Methods. We analyzed radiological findings of 28 patients with atypical manifestations of parasitic lung diseases admitted with initial diagnosis of pneumonia, pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, lung abscess, pulmonary tuberculous, canrcinoma, or metastatic lung lesion. Results. Common imaging signs of some parasitic lung diseases were fluid-containing cysts and septal structures (echinococcosis, alveococcosis, cysticercosis), absence of bronchial injury, no or slight contrast enhancement of pathological changes on bolus contrast-enhanced CT (paragonimiasis, schistosomiasis, toxoplasmosis, pneumocystosis). Conclusion.
