Тенденция ежегодного роста этих затрат заставляет начать поиски путей оптимизации расходов на терапию ХОБЛ. Согласно клиническим рекомендациям, в качестве оптимальной поддерживающей терапии следует использовать бронходилататоры. Препаратами выбора в этом случае являются b2-агонисты и М-холиноблокаторы длительного действия. Cовременным и одним из наиболее перспективных методов лечения данной нозологии в настоящее время является совместное применение средств данных групп. По результатам зарубежных фармакоэкономических исследований показано, что использование новейших фиксированных комбинаций таких лекарственных препаратов открывает новые возможности в отношении клинических исходов и снижении расходов на ХОБЛ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A high prevalence and social importance of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) contribute to economic burden for healthcare systems in many countries. Annual growth of expenses on management this disease provides a need of cost optimization. According to clinical guidelines, bronchodilators, primarily long-acting beta-2-agonists and anticholinergics, are the optimal maintenance therapy of COPD. A promising current approach to treatment COPD is a combination of these classes of drugs.
