В исследование были включены больные ХОБЛ I–IV стадии, страдающие АГ I–III степени (n = 65: 50 мужчин и 15 женщин).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Представлены результаты исследования по оценке уровня маркеров системного воспаления и ЭД у больных ХОБЛ в сочетании с АГ. По данным корреляционного анализа установлены статистически значимые взаимосвязи показателей маркеров воспалительного статуса и ЭД между собой и с различными характеристиками, отражающими состояние сердечнососудистой и дыхательной систем у больных ХОБЛ + АГ.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У больных ХОБЛ + АГ выявлены высокие уровни маркеров воспаления и ЭД (высокочувствительного Среактивного белка – hsСРБ, растворимой формы молекулы межклеточной адгезии 1го типа – sICAM1, эндотелина1 и sРселектина). Установлены достоверные взаимосвязи изучаемых маркеров между собой и с различными характеристиками у больных ХОБЛ + АГ. В процессе обследования больных ХОБЛ + АГ следует учитывать, что по мере повышения систолического артериального давления и ухудшения бронхиальной проходимости (снижение показателя объема форсированного выдоха за 1ю секунду) возрастает степень нарушения маркеров воспалительного статуса и ЭД.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study was aimed at determination relationships between systemic inflammation and endothelial dysfunction biomarkers and different cardiovascular and respiratory parameters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and comorbid hypertension.</p><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. Sixty five patients (50 males, 15 females) with stage 1–4 COPD and hypertension of different severity were involved in the study.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. High levels of inflammation and endothelial dysfunction biomarkers (hsCRP, sICAM1, endothelin1, and sPselectin) were found in patients with COPD and hyper tension. Statistically significant relationships were found between inflammatory biomarkers and endothelial dysfunction biomarkers and between biomarkers and different cardiovascular and respiratory parameters in patients with COPD and comorbid hypertension.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
