Приводится клиническое наблюдение пациента 45 лет, страдающего первичной эмфиземой легких. В связи с тяжестью состояния ему была выполнена двусторонняя трансплантация легких. Через 1 год после трансплантации у пациента вновь появилась одышка при физической нагрузке. При проведении компьютерно-томографического исследования в легких были выявлены множественные округлые образования мягкотканой плотности. С помощью торакоскопической биопсии с последующим гистологическим исследованием доказано развитие у пациента саркомы Капоши. Настоящее наблюдение представляет интерес в связи с крайне редкой встречаемостью развития саркомы Капоши в аллогенном легком после трансплантации.

This article is a case report of a 45 year old male with severe primary lung emphysema. He underwent lung transplantation. In a year after the transplantation, the patient experienced exercise dyspnea again. Multiple soft tissue rounded foci were found in the lungs in CT scans. Thoracoscopic lung biopsy followed by histological examination of the bioptates allowed diagnosis of Kaposi's sarcoma. This case is of particular interest as Kaposi's sarcoma is extremely rarely seen in allograph.
