Изучение особенностей экспрессии Fas (CD95) и продукции TNF α в периферической крови больных с разными клиническими проявлениями ТЛ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследованы больные (n = 54) активным ТЛ разной степени тяжести и здоровые (n = 22). Число CD95 клеток определялось методом иммунофенотипирования лимфоцитов. Уровень спонтанной и индуцированной Mycobacterium bovis продукции TNF α определялся методом иммуноферментного анализа в супернатантах 24 часовых культур мононуклеарных клеток периферической крови. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено достоверное повышение СD95 клеток и уровня спонтанной продукции TNF α у больных с тяжелыми и осложненными формами ТЛ по сравнению с благоприятно протекающими формами ТЛ и со здоровым контролем. Показана зависимость числа СD95 клеток от наличия фазы распада и бактериовыделения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. По результатам исследования улучшилось понимание иммунопатологических механизмов развития ТЛ и созданы условия для поиска путей целенаправленных иммунореабилитационных мероприятий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this study was to investigate Fas (CD95) and Tumor necrosis factorα (TNF α) expressions in patients with different manifestations of tuberculosis (TB).</p><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The study involved 54 patients with active pulmonary TB of different severity and 22 healthy volunteers. CD95 cell number was counted by lymphocyte immunophenotyping. Spontaneous and stimulated TNF α production by Mycobacterium bovis (BCG) was assessed in the supernatant of 24h blood mononuclear cell culture using the ELISE method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Patients with severe and complicated TB had significantly increased both CD95 number and spontaneous TNF α production in comparison to patients with milder TB course and to healthy volunteers. CD95 cell number was associated with cavitation and positive culturing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
