Оценка клинической эффективности комплексной программы легочной реабилитации у больных ХОБЛ + МС с помощью обучения пациентов, отказа от курения, физических тренировок (ФТ), коррекции питания при добавлении к стандартной терапии ХОБЛ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены больные ХОБЛ средней степени тяжести в стадии ремиссии в сочетании с МС в возрасте 18–60 лет (n = 70: 27 (38,6 %) женщин, 43 (61,4 %) мужчины; средний возраст – 48,31 ± 0,64 года). Методом случайных чисел пациенты были разделены на 2 группы: больным 1 й группы (n = 35) в дополнение к стандартной терапии ХОБЛ проводился курс легочной реабилитации, 2 й (n = 35) – только стандартная терапия ХОБЛ. В рамках комплексного обследования при включении в исследование и через 12 мес. оценивались клинико инструментальные и лабораторные показатели.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В 1й группе больных выявлены достоверные различия по снижению числа обострений ХОБЛ; вызовов бригад скорой медицинской помощи; госпитализаций; степени выраженности клинических симптомов ХОБЛ и их влиянию на физическую активность и состояние здоровья пациентов; повышение общего качества жизни (КЖ) и переносимости физических нагрузок.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В лечебно профилактические мероприятия среди больных ХОБЛ + МС необходимо включать образовательные программы и ФТ, разработанные с учетом сопутствующей соматической патологии с целью оптимизации лечебно профилактических мероприятий и улучшения КЖ пациентов данной категории.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Comorbidity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and metabolic syndrome (MS) creates the need of comprehensive approach to treatment, and prevention and rehabilitation of the patients.</p><sec><title>The aim</title><p>The aim. The objective of this study was to evaluate clinical efficacy of a comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation program in patients with COPD and MS. This program was based on patient education, smoking cessation, physicaltraining, and nutritional correction in addition to the standard treatment of COPD.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The study involved 70 patients (27 women (38.6%)and 43 men (61.4%) with stable moderate COPD and MS aged 18 to 60 years (mean age, 48.31±0.64 years). The patients were randomly dividedinto two groups: 35 patients were involved in a pulmonary rehabilitation program in addition to the standard therapy of COPD; other 35 patientswere treated with the standard therapy. Clinical and laboratory parameters were assessed at baseline and in 12 months.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. To the end of the study the groups differed significant in number of COPD exacerbations, emergency calls, hospitalizations, clinical symptoms of COPD and impact of the disease on physical activity and health status of the patients, quality of life (QOL), and physical tolerance.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: Management of patients with comorbid COPD and MS should include specific educational programs and physical training in order to improve treatment efficacy and quality of life of the patients.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких</kwd><kwd>метаболический синдром</kwd><kwd>легочная реабилитация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic obstructive pulmonary disease</kwd><kwd>metabolic syndrome</kwd><kwd>pulmonary rehabilitation.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Global Strategy for Diagnosis, Management, and Prevention of COPD.
