Легочное кровотечение (ЛК) является опасным для жизни осложнением многих заболеваний, патологических состояний и травм. Частота ЛК у больных, находящихся на лечении в многопрофильном стационаре, может достигать 5 %, а летальность – 35–85 %. Это свидетельствует о недостаточной готовности врачей разных специальностей к оказанию помощи пациентам с ЛК, отсутствии рациональной системы организационных и лечебно-профилактических мероприятий. Сложность заключается и в том, что число больных, у которых ЛК может осложнять течение уже имеющихся заболеваний – рака легкого и хронических воспалительных заболеваний легких – увеличивается. В последние годы в клинической практике все шире применяются новые, высокоэффективные и малоинвазивные методы диагностики и лечения ЛК, одним из которых является эндоваскулярная хирургия. В статье представлена информация об источниках ЛК, особенностях кровоснабжения легких, ангиографических признаках ЛК, подробно описана методика выполнения диагностической ангиографии и эмболизации источника ЛК, а также приводятся собственные результаты лечения данного вида патологии.
