По результатам последних крупных исследований продемонстрировано положительное влияние использования мобильных приложений и портативных спирометров на достижение контроля над БА. Кроме этого, при должном обучении пациентов данные домашней спирометрии сопоставимы с обследованием, проводимым в клинике. Актуальным остается вопрос места применения современных возможностей телемедицины в реальной клинической практике.</p><p>Целью работы явилась демонстрация применения портативного пикфлоуметра с функцией спирометрии и регистрации симптомов для дистанционного наблюдения за пациенткой 67 лет с впервые выявленной БА.</p><p>Заключение. По данным клинического наблюдения показано, что при использовании современных возможностей телемедицины можно не только контролировать заболевание, но и повышать приверженность пациентов лечению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Achieving disease control is a priority in the management of patients with asthma. Recent large studies have demonstrated the positive impact of the use of mobile apps and portable spirometers on achieving asthma control. In addition, data from home spirometry are comparable to those from clinic-based testing with appropriate patient education. The question about the place of modern telemedicine in real clinical practice remains relevant.</p><p>The aim of this work was to demonstrate the use of a portable peak flow meter with spirometry and symptom recording functions for remote monitoring of a 67-year-old female patient with newly diagnosed asthma.</p><p>Conclusion.
