Правильное лечение данного заболевания подразумевает учет многих дополнительных факторов, что может вызывать трудности у врачей первичного звена. В 2023 г. Международной группой первичной медико-санитарной помощи при респираторных заболеваниях (International Primary Care Respiratory Group – IPCRG) разработан новый инструмент для врачей первичного звена, позволяющий быстро определить тактику лечения и проконсультировать больных ХОБЛ по поводу основных причин и последствий заболевания. Целью работы явилась оценка возможности инновационного инструмента «Колесо» ХОБЛ в обеспечении интеграции усилий врача и пациента для достижения контроля над заболеванием. Заключение. Использование инструмента «Колесо» ХОБЛ может обеспечить своевременное назначение лекарственных препаратов в соответствии с конкретным клиническим случаем, а также значительно улучшить приверженность пациентов терапии. В результате следует ожидать улучшения качества жизни и прогноза у больных ХОБЛ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is one of the most common respiratory diseases in the world. Correct treatment of this disease shall account for many additional factors, which can be difficult for primary care physicians. In 2023, the International Primary Care Respiratory Group (IPCRG) developed a new tool for primary care physicians – the COPD “Wheel” that allows for determining the treatment tactics quickly and consulting COPD patients about the main causes and consequences of the disease. The aim of the work was to evaluate whether the innovative tool ensures the integration of physician and patient efforts in achieving COPD control. Conclusion. The COPD Wheel tool ensures timely prescription of drugs suitable for a specific clinical case, as well as significantly improves the patient’s adherence to therapy.
