При ТС могут возникать доброкачественные опухоли (гамартомы) в разных органах, включая головной мозг, глаза, кожу, сердце, почки, печень, легкие, желудочно-кишечный тракт, эндокринную и костную системы. При постепенном прогрессировании и увеличении в размерах гамартомы нарушают функции этих органов, иногда приводя к фатальным последствиям.</p><p>Целью работы явилась демонстрация клинического наблюдения за пациентом с ТС, основным проявлением которого явилось поражение легких.</p><p>Заключение. По данным клинического наблюдения продемонстрированы сложность диагностики ТС и особенности варианта его относительно доброкачественного течения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a rare genetically determined disease from the group of phakomatoses, which is characterized by a wide range of damage to organs and systems, a variety of clinical manifestations and a progressive course, leading to disability of patients and a reduction in life expectancy. Benign tumors (hamartomas) can occur with TSC in various organs, including the brain, eyes, skin, heart, kidneys, liver, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine, and skeletal systems. Gradually progressing and increasing in size, they disrupt the functions of these organs, sometimes leading to fatal consequences. Objective. Demonstration of clinical observation of TSC, the main manifestation of which was lung damage. Conclusion.
