Настоящая работа посвящена изучению эффективности применения ингаляций β2-симпатомиметика ген-сальбутамола (Gen-Salbutamol) с помощью компрессорного пневматического небулайзера “Pulmo-Aide” у 24 больных различными формами бронхиальной астмы. Препарат применялся при малой эффективности карманных ингаляторов. Однократная доза ген-сальбутамола 2,5 мг ингалировалась 2—4 раза в сутки. У большинства пациентов (22 из 24) был получен положительный эффект. Побочные эффекты наблюдались у 2 больных. Авторы пришли к заключению о высокой эффективности ингаляций β2-симпатомиметиков с помощью небулайзера “Pulmo-Aide” у больных бронхиальной астмой в фазе обострения.

The study aim was investigation of the efficacy of β2-sympathomimetic Gen-Salbutamol inhalation in therapy with compressor pneumatic nebulizer “Pulmo-Aide” use in 24 patients with various entities of bronchial asthma. The medication was used in case of pocked inhaler unefficacy. The single dose of Gen-Salbutamol (2.5 mg) was inhaled 2—4 times per day. The most of the patients (22 of ones) demonstrated the positive effect. The side effects were found in 2 patients. The authors concluded about the high efficacy of β2-sympathomimetics inhalations with “Pulmo-Aide” nebulizer use in patients with bronchial asthma exacerbation.
