Проведено открытое сравнительное исследование эффективности и безопасности комбинированной бронхолитической терапии через небулайзер у детей с бронхиальной астмой (БА) среднетяжелого и тяжелого течения. Результаты исследования показали, что назначение ипратропиума бромида в сочетании с β2-агонистами короткого действия оказывает аддитивное действие на функцию легких у пациентов с обострением БА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Summary. This was an open comparative trial of efficacy and safety of combined bronchodilating nebulized therapy in children with moderate to severe bronchial asthma (BA).
