ТДР имеют широкое распространение как в общей популяции, так и больничной сети, особенно в амбулаторной общей врачебной практике. В статье приводятся основные клинические проявления тревоги и депрессии, подчеркивается их полисистемность соматических проявлений и коморбидность с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Обсуждается патофизиология клинических проявлений тревоги и депрессии. Приводится детальный анализ их диагностики и основных направлений лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of anxiety and depressive disorders (ADD) is one of the most urgent in modern general medical practice. ADD are widespread both in the general population and in the hospital network, especially in outpatient general practice. The article presents the main clinical manifestations of anxiety and depression, emphasizes their polysystemic somatic manifestations and concurrence with cardiovascular diseases. The pathophysiology of the clinical manifestations of anxiety and depression is discussed.
