Эффективность ПУЛЬМИКОРТА—ТУРБУХАЛЕРА (ПТ) оценивали по динамике клинического состояния больных и функции внешнего дыхания, потребности в ингаляционных симпатомиметиках и таблетированных глюкокортикоидах. Период лечения составил 1 месяц. Результаты исследования показали высокую эффективность ПТ в лечении больных бронхиальной астмой. Уменьшились частота и тяжесть приступов удушья, потребность в симпатомиметиках и глюкокортикоидах. Прирост FEV1 после лечения ПТ составил 18%. Проходимость на уровне крупных, средних и мелких бронхов возросла на 20, 17 и 15% соответственно. За период апробации ПТ отмечена хорошая переносимость препарата, не отмечено побочных действий в терапевтической дозировке 400—800 мкг/сутки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>50 patients with various forms of bronchial asthma with moderate severity were investigated. The efficiency of Pulmicort—turbuhaler (PT) was evaluated in the patients by means ofthe clinical state dynamics, of the respiration function, of estimation of the need of aerosol simathomimetics and glucocorticoids in tablets. The treatment period was one month. The results showed the high efficacy of PT in bronchial asthma patients treatment. The severity and the frequency of asthma attacks and the need of sympathomimetics and glucocorticoids were decreased. After treatment with PT, the FEV1 increase was 18%. The expiratory flow increased by 20%, 17%, and 15% at MEF75, MEF50, and MEF25 levels respectively. During the aprobation of PT, there was satisfactory patience of the drug without side effects at the therapeutic dosage in 400—800 mkg/day.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Линдруус X.
