Цель настоящего исследования состояла в определении какие именно физические свойства бронхиального отделяемого изменяются под воздействием “ Мукосольвина-Орал” (ацетилцистеина). Было обследовано 18 больных с различными формами бронхиальной астмы. Изучались вязкостные и адгезивные свойства мокроты по стандартным методикам до и после приема препарата. Было обнаружено, что в первые сутки приема препарата адгезия, эластичность и вязкость мокроты уменьшаются в целом на 30^, а на четвертый день — на 36,52%, 58,75% и 56,57% соответственно.Таким образом, мукосольвин объективно улучшает отхождение мокроты при бронхиальной астме.
The aim of the study was to estimate what physical properties of bronchial secretion are changed under influence of “ Mucosolvin-Oral” (acetilcystein). 18 patients with various entities of bronchial asthma were examined. Viscose and adhesive properties of sputum were studied with the standard methods use before and after medication. It was found, that after the first day of medication the adhesion, elastance and viscosity decreased in general in 30%, and after the fourth day they decreased in 36.52%, 58.75% and 56.57% respectively.Thus, mucosolvin improves significantly sputum excretion during bronchial asthma.
