В научных исследованиях и на практике этой проблеме уделяется недостаточно внимания, хотя появляется все больше информации об отличиях лечебнодиагностических и организационных аспектов ХОБЛ в зависимости от пола пациентов.</p><p>Целью обзора явились оценка имеющихся на сегодня наиболее значимых данных по специфике клинической картины, течения и исхода ХОБЛ у женщин и выработка предложений по достижению наилучших результатов в диагностике и лечении этого заболевания.</p><p>Заключение. Существует обусловленная биологическими и культурными различиями разница клинических проявлений, течения и исхода ХОБЛ у представителей разных полов с вытекающими из этого соответствующими практическими последствиями. Установлена целесообразность применения индивидуализированных диагностических, организационных и фармакотерапевтических подходов у женщин с ХОБЛ, основанных на знании специфических для женского пола различий в симптомах заболевания и состоянии здоровья пациенток.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) poses a significant burden on women’s health. Insufficient attention is paid to this problem in scientific research and in clinical practice, although more and more information surfaces about the gender-associated differences in the treatment, diagnostics, and management of COPD.</p><p>The aim of the review is to consider the most significant data currently available on the clinical signs, course, and outcomes of COPD in women and propose ways to achieve the best results in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.</p><p>Conclusion. There are biological and cultural differences between the clinical manifestations, course and outcome of COPD in men and women, and these differences impact the clinical practice.
