Получены результаты, что дефицит ионов кальция, вызванный применением ЭГТА и риосидина по-разному влияет на вне- и внутриклеточные процессы продукции АФК. Ионофор А 23187, активируя внеклеточную продукцию АФК, полностью отменял внутриклеточную. Высказывается предположение о механизмах антимутагенного действия кальциевых ионофоров. Обсуждаются возможные причины различных эффектов дефицита Са2+ на различные ферментные системы, ответственные за продукцию АФК.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The role of Ca2+ in intracellular and extracellular generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in phagocytes was evaluated. It was shown that Ca2+ deficiency caused by EGTA and riosidine influenses upon extra- and intracellular ROS generation in different ways. Ionofor A 23187 activated the extracellular generation of ROS, but intracellular generation of ROS was reduced completely. Obtained results suggest that calcium ionofors may have antimutagenic effect.
