Описываются новые возможности корватона в лечении легочной гипертензии и его влияние на легочное кровообращение.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on literature data, the effect of endothelial relaxation factor on hypoxical vasoconstriction, pulmonary circulation regulation, the pressure in pulmonary artery, and vasal resistance was discussed.
