Обсуждаются исторические аспекты развития ингаляционной технологии, современные виды небулайзеров, механизм действия, показания и противопоказания к применению небулайзерной терапии. Среди бронхолитической терапии важное место занимают сальбутамол, ипратропиум бромид и их комбинации. Представлены данные об использовании в качестве базисной терапии через небулайзер кромогликата натрия и будесонида.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Therapy with nebulizer is an important method in treatment of bronchial asthmatic children, especially of early age, both in inpatient and outpatient situations. Historical aspects of inhalation technique development, current nebulizers types, mechanisms of their actions, indications and contra-indications for therapy with nebulizers have been discussed in this article. Salbutamol, ipratropium bromide and their combinations take an important place in bronchodilator therapy.
