It was dem onstrated that the inherited factors play the principal role in the disease occurrence providing by the additive action of polygens.The genetic predisposing markers of bronchial asthma were revealed in Russian children (alleles HLA DRB1 ) and their distribution was investigated in the families burdened by the disease.
