Под наблюдением находилось 69 детей в возрасте от 1,5 мес до 8 лет, которые в зависимости от получаемых медикаментозных комплексов были разделены на 2 группы, идентичные по возрастно-демографическим и функциональным показателям. В каждой группе были выделены подгруппы соответственно степени тяжести БОС. Эффективность лекарственных средств оценивалась (в баллах) по субъективной выраженности клинических симптомов (общее состояние, одышка, кашель, дистанционные хрипы, аускультативная картина в легких), а также по объективному критерию – визуальной и математически рассчитанной характеристике бронхофонограммы.</p><p>Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что ингаляционная небулайзерная терапия современными бронхолитическими средствами (беротек или сальгим, ипратропиум бромида, беродуал) является в большинстве случаев (более 97%) эффективной: купировались клинические симптомы при нормализации общего состояния пациентов и восстановлении функции внешнего дыхания, подтвержденного нормальными показателями бронхофонографии. Достоверно показано, что небулайзерная терапия ипратропиума бромидом (атровент) оптимальна при лечении БОС у детей раннего возраста с точки зрения эффективности, переносимости и безопасности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors performed an opened randomized study of therapeutic efficacy of various medications for bronchoobstructive syndrome (BOS) treatment in different aged children. Sixty nine children aged from 1.5 months to 8 years were observed; they were divided into 2 groups equal in age, demographic and functional parameters according to medications received. Each of the groups was divided into subgroups according to BOS severity. The medications efficacy was scored for the patients’ general status, dyspnoea, cough, wheezing, the lung auscultation and for visual and mathematical characteristics of bronchophonogram which are objective parameters.</p><p>The data obtained evidence that the inhaled nebulized therapy with the modern bronchodilating drugs, such as Berotec, Salgim, ipratropium bromide, Berodual is effective in most cases (more than 97%): clinical symptoms were solved, the patients’ general status and lung function parameters became normal confirmed by normal values of bronchophonography. The nebulized therapy with ipratropium bromide (Atrovent) was reliably shown to be optimal for BOS treatment in infants in term of tolerability, efficiency and safety.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Геппе Н А .
