Целями данного мул ьти центр о во го исследования были создание национального регистра и анализ выживаемости больных муковисцидозом в России. В данном исследовании приняли участие 6 центров, муковисцидоза, на основании их данных был сформирован регистр из 633 больных (292 больных женского пола и 341 мужского пола).

Общее число больных старше 15 лет составило 182 (28,75%) человека. На момент анализа умерли 107 больных (17%). Анализ выживаемости показал, что медиана ожидаемой продолжительности жизни составила 25 лет. Было выявлено достоверное различие продолжительности жизни у мужчин и женщин (р=0,045). Медиана ожидаемой продолжительности жизни у мужчин составила 29 лет, тогда как у женщин аналогичный показатель составил 22 года. Таким образом, наши данные подтверждают, что муковисцидоз становится актуальной проблемой современной пульмонологии, переставая быть сугубо педиатрической проблемой.

The aim of the multicentre study was to set up the national register and evaluate survival of patients with cystic fibrosis in Russia. Data were provided from the six special cystic fibrosis clinics and were used for national register. Six hundred thirty three patients (292 females and 341 males) were analysed.

One hundred eighty two patients were over 15 years (17%). In the beginning of the analysis, 107 patients (17%) were registered dead. Survival analysis has demonstrated that the mediana of expectant life is 25 years. It has demonstrated that significant difference exists in expectation of life between sexes (p=0.045). The mediana of expectant life in men is 29 years, whereas this parameter in women is 22 years. Our data have confirmed that cystic fibrosis is actual problem of pulmonology and isn’t only paediatrics problem any more.
