Средний возраст больных был 43 года, средняя продолжительность жизни 55 умерших больных – 30,26±4,3 мес. Больным проводили рентгенографию легких, ЭКГ, эхокардиографию, ангиопульмонографию, исследовали функцию внешнего дыхания, газовый состав крови.</p><p>Отмечено, что средняя продолжительность жизни пациентов с неспецифической интерстициальной</p><p>пневмонией была достоверно ниже, чем больных с обычной интерстициальной пневмонией (16,6±5,3 и 30,9±9,2 мес, р&lt;0,01). Продолжительность жизни не зависела от возраста больных, показателей диффузионной способности легких, выраженности одышки, давления в легочной артерии, напряжения углекислого газа в крови, пола и длительности заболевания. Показана обратная линейная зависимость продолжительности жизни от функционального класса хронического легочного сердца. Также вероятность смерти в течение 1,5 лет резко повышалась при снижении р02 менее 60 мм рт.рт. Таким образом, комплексная оценка параметров правых отделов сердца в динамике может служить критерием для определения оптимального времени направления больного на трансплантацию легких.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this work was to determine the optimal period for lung transplantation in idiopathic fibrosing alveolitis (IFA) patients.</p><p>Retrospective analyze of 134 patients’ medical cards was performed. The patients (29 males and 105 females) met principal requirements for lung transplant recipients. The average age of the patients was 43 years, the mean life expectancy of 55 died was 30.26±4.3 months. The patients underwent chest X-ray examination, electrocardiography, echocardiograhy, angiopulmonography, lung function testing, and blood gas analyze.</p><p>The mean life expectancy in nonspecific interstitial pneumonia patients was noted to be reliably shorter, than in those with usual interstitial pneumonia (16.6±5.3 vs 30.9±9.2 months, p&lt;0.01). The life expectancy did not depend on the patients’ age, the lung diffusing capacity parameters, breathlessness, pulmonary artery pressure, arterial blood carbon dioxide tension, gender, and length of the disease. A reverse linear relation was shown between the life expectancy and a functional degree of chronic cor pulmonale. A probability of lethal outcome during 1.5 years abruptly increased if p02 level reduced less than 60 mmHg. Thus, a complex dynamic evaluation of right heart parameters can be a criterion for identification of the optimal period for lung transplantation in such the patients.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Большее Л.Н., Смирнов И.В.
