Большинство людей хорошо переносят аспирин и другие нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (НПВП), особенно, если принимают их в течение короткого времени. Однако некоторые пациенты являются исключением из этого правила. Больные бронхиальной астмой (БА), как правило, используют НПВП по поводу различных недомоганий, при этом не отдавая себе отчета в потенциальном риске такого лечения. В настоящее время практически во всех инструкциях к НПВП содержится указание на необходимость осторожного применения их у больных БА. В этой статье мы постараемся ответить на вопрос, почему ряд пациентов с БА не могут принимать НПВП.
