Цель данного исследования заключалась в оценке прогностической ценности клинических и антропометрических показателей в прогнозировании синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС). В исследование был включен 91 человек (74 мужчины и 17 женщин; средний возраст – 43,3 ± 12,6 года). Диагностика СОАС проводилась посредством респираторной полиграфии с регистрацией храпа, воздушного потока через нос, сатурации и пульса. СОАС определялся при индексе апноэ / гипопноэ (ИАГ) ≥ 15. Наличие характерных для СОАС симптомов выявлялось с помощью специального опросника. Определялись окружность шеи, отношение окружности талии к окружности бедра, проводилась оценка ротоглотки по Mallampati. Результаты исследования показали, что клиническая прогностическая модель позволяет с высокой степенью точности прогнозировать наличие СОАС и выявлять больных, у которых ранняя диагностика и лечение СОАС может предотвратить развитие осложнений и улучшить качество жизни.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Summary. This study was aimed at estimation of the predictive value of clinical and anthropometric data for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Of 91 subjects, 74 male and 17 female with mean age of 43.3 ± 12.6 yrs underwent respiratory polygraphy with snoring, nasal breathing, oxygen saturation and pulse rate being recorded. Subjects with apnea / hypopnea index (AHI) equal to or higher than 15 were diagnosed with OSAS. Clinical symptoms were revealed by a special questionnaire. Neck circumference, weight / hip ratio, body mass index and Mallampati score were measured. This study reveals a high accuracy of this clinical model for predicting OSAS.
