В проспективное когортное исследование включены больные ОКС (n = 119) с сопутствующей ХОБЛ после выполнения неотложного ЧКВ. В ходе наблюдения длительностью до 36 мес. регистрировалась частота комбинированной конечной точки, включавшей сердечно-сосудистую смерть, инфаркт миокарда (ИМ), инсульт и повторную реваскуляризацию миокарда (РМ). Предикторы наступления комбинированной конечной точки идентифицировались с помощью регрессии Кокса пошаговым включением переменных в модель.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлены независимые переменные-предикторы крупных сердечно-сосудистых событий (ССС) - суммарное число стенозов основных ветвей коронарных артерий, лодыжечно-плечевой индекс, скорость клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ), рассчитанная по формуле анализа СКФ (ChronicKidneyDiseaseEpidemiologyCollaboration), частые обострения ХОБЛ, функциональная остаточная емкость легких, дистанция, пройденная при выполнении 6-минутного шагового теста.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Функциональная остаточная емкость легких как показатель легочной гиперинфляции и частые обострения ХОБЛ входят в число независимых предикторов больших ССС в отдаленном периоде после выполнения ЧКВ у больных ОКС и сопутствующей ХОБЛ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Тo determine independent predictors of unfavorable cardiovascular long-term prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute coronary syndrome and concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. 119 patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention and concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were included in prospective cohort study. During follow-up up to 36 month the frequency of major cardiovascular events (cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, stroke, repeat myocardial revascularization) were registered. The predictors of combined end point were identified by Cox regression through forward stepwise mode.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Independent variables as major cardiovascular events predictors were determined: main coronary arteries stenosis number, ankle-brachial index, glomerular filtration rate according to the CKD-EPI formula, frequent COPD exacerbations, functional residual lung capacity, 6-minute walk test distance.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
