Исследование инфицированности Мр осуществлялось путем оценки уровня специфических иммуноглобулинов, а также определением ДНК возбудителя в полимеразной цепной реакции. Был проведен 6-недельный курс антибактериальной терапии азитромицином (Зитролид) с последующим анализом клинических данных и показателей КЖ по специальному (AQLQ) опроснику в зависимости от половых различий, степени тяжести болезни, инфицированности и эффективности эрадикации Мp. Установлено негативное влияние Мp на клинические проявления БА и КЖ пациентов. Применение Зитролида в 43 % случаев определяло эрадикацию Мp и взаимосвязанное клиническое улучшение течения БА, а также повышение показателей КЖ эффективно пролеченных лиц. Полученные данные позволяют рекомендовать антимикробные курсы азитромицином в качестве возможного дополнения к базисной противовоспалительной терапии у пациентов с БА при выявлении лабораторных признаков Mp0инфекции, особенно при тяжелом течении заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Influence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (Мр) infection on asthma course and quality of life (QoL) of asthmatic patients was studied. Mp infection was diagnosed using specific immunoglobulins and PCR. The 6-week course of antibacterial therapy with azithromycin (Zitrolidum) was administered followed by analysis of clinical features and QoL. The latter was done using the AQLQ questionnaire with consideration of gender, asthma severity, contamination with and Мp eradication. Negative influence of Мp on clinical course of asthma and QoL was found. Therapy with Zitrolidum led to Мp eradication in 43 % of the cases, clinical improvement and increasing QoL in successfully treated patients. The results allow recommendation of azithromycin as a possible addition to the basic therapy of patients with severe asthma and laboratory signs of Mp infection.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Blasi F., Cosentini R., Tarsia P., Allegra L.
