Проводилось изучение значимости изменений содержания в сыворотке крови интерферона-γ (INF-γ), фактора некроза опухолей-α (TNF-α), интерлейкина-4 (IL-4), иммуноглобулина Е (IgE), С-реактивного белка (СРБ) и клинических показателей у больных бронхиальной астмой (БА) в активной фазе заболевания после перенесенной острой респираторной вирусной инфекции – до и после лечения (базисной терапии и с использованием индуктора интерферонов тилорона). Установлено положительное влияние тилорона на клинические проявления и иммунологические показатели (цитокиновый профиль – IL-4, TNF-α, INF-γ, а также IgE и СРБ) у больных со среднетяжелым течением БА в 95 % случаев. Комплексное определение содержания в сыворотке крови IL-4, TNF-α, INF-γ, IgE и СРБ у пациентов с БА может служить маркером степени воспалительной реакции, который определяет глубину патологического процесса, а также является важным критерием индивидуального подбора терапии.

Changes in serum concentrations of interferon-γ (INF-γ), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-4 (IL-4), immunoglobulin Е (IgE), С-reactive protein and in clinical status of patients with virus-induced exacerbation of bronchial asthma were studied before and after treatment with basic medications and interferon inductor tiloron. A positive influence of Tiloron on clinical signs and immunologic parameters, such as IL-4, TNF-α, INF-γ, IgE, and С-reactive protein, was found in 95 % of patients with moderate asthma. Thus, serum concentrations of these biomarkers in asthma patients could be used as an index of inflammatory response reflecting severity of the pathology and as an important criterion to choose the individual treatment.
