В статье проанализированы данные об эффективности и безопасности селективного антагониста рецепторов цистеиниловых лейкотриенов монтелукаста (Сингуляр, MSD), который был применен в терапии детей, страдающих бронхиальной астмой. Приводятся результаты собственных исследований авторов и российского проекта "Суффикс" (SingUlair eFFIcacy and safety eXperience - SUFFIX), в котором приняли участие пациенты, наблюдающиеся у аллергологов-иммунологов и педиатров.
