С применением метода 2-мерного гель-электрофореза проведен анализ профиля белковой экспрессии и выявлены диагностически значимые маркерные белки в плазме крови доноров, имеющих хронический бронхит. На основе детекции белковых биомаркеров разработан вспомогательный метод диагностики, с помощью которого можно проводить скрининг ранних форм развития хронического бронхита.
