Тренировка инспираторных мышц (ТИМ)
может увеличить силу и выносливость инспираторных мышц, а также самочувствие этих больных.
Цель работы: оценить влияние 6недельного курса ТИМ на функцию дыхательных мышц, механику дыхания, степень одышки и физическую работоспособность у взрослых больных муковисцидозом.
Были обследованы 20 больных муковисцидозом (10 мужчин и 10 женщин, средний возраст 22,7 ± 3,6). Исследование было проспективным, контролируемым, рандомизированным, в котором пациенты были разделены на 2 группы. В течение 6 нед. больные в домашних условиях проводили тренировки с помощью портативного тренажера Threshold IMT: в основной группе нагрузка составила 30 %
максимального инспираторного давления, в контрольной группе нагрузка была минимальной и составила 7 см вод. ст. Пациенты начинали ТИМ после обследования, которое включало исследование функции внешнего дыхания (ФВД), измерение силы дыхательных
мышц и выносливости инспираторных мышц, оценку одышки (шкала BDI / TDI) и измерение физической работоспособности. Через
6 нед. пациентам повторили все измерения
В основной группе через 6 нед. отмечено достоверное улучшение ФВД и функции инспираторных мышц, снижение тяжести одышки.
В контрольной группе достоверных изменений не выявлено.
Таким образом, ТИМ низкой интенсивности приводит к увеличению силы и выносливости инспираторных мышц, улучшает легочную
функцию и уменьшает тяжесть одышки у больных МВ.
