В настоящий момент нет опубликованных данных о взаимосвязи уровня оксида азота в выдыхаемом воздухе (NOвыд.) с показателями функции внешнего дыхания (ФВД) у подростков и взрослых молодого возраста, занимающихся спортом. В исследовании участвовали 86 подростков и молодых взрослых, занимающихся зимними видами спорта (средний возраст – 20,8 ± 0,6 года). Были исследованы показатели ФВД в стандартном тесте с физической нагрузкой; исходно и после нагрузки определялся уровень NOвыд.. У 21 % спортсменов было зарегистрировано снижение объема форсированного выдоха за 1-ю с на ≥ 10 % после нагрузки. В группе мужского пола исходный NOвыд. был выше (р = 0,04). Установлены гендерные различия в изменении уровня NOвыд. до и после физической нагрузки (–10,6 % – у лиц мужского пола, +28,3 % – у спортсменок). Выявлена взаимосвязь уровня NOвыд. с показателями ФВД спортсменов.</p><p>В ходе работы были установлены половые различия в реакции синтеза оксида азота на физическую нагрузку, а также впервые описана взаимосвязь уровня NOвыд. с показателями ФВД у спортсменов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Summary. Currently, there are no data available regarding relationship between exhaled nitric oxide and lung function in adolescent and young adult elite athletes. Eighty six adolescent and young adult elite athletes of winter sports were included in this study. Pulmonary function and exhaled NO level were measured before and after standard exercise with treadmill. Post-exercise 10 % reduction in FEV1 was registered in 21 % of athletes. Exhaled NO level was higher in males (p = 0.04). Gender differences in changes of exhaled NO after the exercise were determined (–10.6 % in males and 28.3 % in females).
