Материалы и методы. Обследованы лыжники в возрасте 18–30 лет (n = 29: 14 мужчин, 15 женщин; средний возраст 23,9 ± 3,4 года). У всех спортсменов на 1-м этапе проводились комплексное исследование функции внешнего дыхания (ФВД) – спирометрия, бодиплетизмография, диффузионный тест, а также бронходилатационный тест (ингаляция 400 мкг сальбутамола). На 2-м этапе выполнялся ингаляционный бронхопровокационный тест с метахолином. Результаты. У лыжников отмечены более высокие показатели ФВД по сравнению с должными значениями, рассчитанными по формулам Европейского объединения угля и стали (European Coal and Steel Community – ECSC, 1993). Бронходилатационный тест оказался положительным в 4 (14 %) случаях. Показатель провокационной концентрации, вызывающей 20%-ное падение объема форсированного выдоха за 1-ю секунду, &lt; 4 мг / мл метахолина, отмечен у 9 (31 %) спортсменов. Выявлены достоверные ранговые корреляции между показателями возраста и БГР. Заключение. У спортсменов, занимающихся лыжными гонками, – видом спорта, направленным на развитие выносливости, наблюдается высокая распространенность БГР. Установлено, что частота встречаемости БГР увеличивается с возрастом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to evaluate prevalence and age-dependence of bronchial hyperresponsiveness (BHR) in cross country skiers. Methods. Twenty-nine cross-country skiers (14 males, 15 females aged 18 to 30 years; average age, 23.9 ± 3.4 years) were involved in the study. All athletes underwent pulmonary function tests (spirometry before and after inhalation of 400 μg of salbutamol, body plethysmography, diffusion test). Then, methacholine challenge test was performed. Results. In skiers, lung function data were higher compared to the reference vаlues calculated in accordance with the ECSC equations, 1993. Bronchial reversibility was found in 4 athletes (14%). Methacholine provocative concentration causing a 20% fall in FEV1 (PC20) was &gt; 4 mg/ml in 9 skiers (31%). Significant relationships were found between the atheltes’ age and BHR. Conclusion. Cross-country skiers have a high prevalence of BHR to methacholine.
