В обзоре представлены фармакологические,  микробиологические и клинические аспекты применения препарата. Ингаляционное  применение ТГА (Флуимуцил-антибиотик ИТ) может служить достойной альтернативной  пероральному приему ряда мукоактивных средств и АБП, используемых в лечении заболеваний верхних (острый и хронический риносинусит, средний отит, тонзиллит)  и нижних (острый бронхит, обострения хронического бронхита и хро ничес кой обструктивной болезни легких) дыхательных путей как у взрослых, так и у детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Thiamphenicol glycinate acetylcysteinate (TGA) is a combination of thiamphenicol, a broad-spectrum antibiotic, and mucolytic drug N-acetylcysteine. This article is a  review of pharmacological, microbiological, and clinical effects of this combined drug.  Inhaled TGA could be considered as a worthy alternative for oral mucolytics and oral  antibiotics in treatment of upper and lower airway diseases, such as acute and chronic  rhinosinusitis, otitis media, tonsillitis, acute bronchitis, and acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, in children and adults.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>тиамфеникола глицинат ацетилцистеинат</kwd><kwd>N-ацетилцистеин</kwd><kwd>тиамфеникол</kwd><kwd>заболевания верхних дыхательных путей</kwd><kwd>острый бронхит</kwd><kwd>хронический бронхит</kwd><kwd>хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких</kwd><kwd>обострение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>thiamphenicol glycinate acetylcysteinate</kwd><kwd>N-acetylcysteine</kwd><kwd>thiamphenicol</kwd><kwd>upper and lower airway diseases</kwd><kwd>acute bronchitis</kwd><kwd>chronic bronchitis</kwd><kwd>chronic obstructive pulmonary disease</kwd><kwd>exacerbation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Агеева Л.И., Александрова Г.А., Зайченко Н.М. и др.
